"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"The flat exceeded our expectations especially concerning kitchen tools. The view was fantastic and we reached some great destinations within reasonable driving distance. We had issues with Google Maps, which led us to a different house but the host kindly came to collect us. There were a lot of wasp nests outside the building. We didn't have any issues with them but they might be an issue in summer. We had a dog with us who enjoyed taking dips in the river"

"Exceptional in cleanliness and"

"Amazing place in a local village half an hour away from Prague. The great sunny weather gave us the opportunity to have tremendous morning hikes before going to Prague for the rest of the day. The only downside of staying at this place is, if you want to have a night out in Prague, one person from the group has to stay sober in order to drive back. However, the amazing view and the tracks through nature surrounding the village completely outweighs the driving issue."

"Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Überall waren Spinnen weben. Es hab keine Übergabe. "

"Property was in village view was nice but we had big problems, we push to get in property early and we arrived to Prague 8 30pm and from airport to this hotel journey is around 2 hours , after so much argument and bad support from Expedia team , we got this property around 11 pm and the person could not speak English and want 2000 cz cash for security deposit. We didn’t take cash , there was no instructions. And when we call for help , the Expedia team put the phone down, and told us we can’t...

"Clean property, nice little bar. Workout facility is awful"

"Very nice Hotel"

"Awesome location, near nice hiking trails, calm little town with a nice vibe. We really enjoyed the wellness access and the breakfast was tasty as well."

"nice place in an old hotel . ."

"Staying at Chateau Zbiroh was a wonderful and unique experience! Even the standard room was quite spacious, so there was no feeling of being cramped. Staying in a real castle is a special experience in itself, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend joining the castle tour, as it gives you a much better understanding of the hotel’s fascinating history and makes your stay even more meaningful. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food...

"Good place to stay overnight if you are planning a full day in Karlstejn. Staff was helpful but spoke little English so use a translation app."

"Would recommend and looking forward to come again. "

"Great hamburger and sauna!"

"This is a beautiful apartment in a village just outside of Prague. Rooms were perfectly clean. Family run and everyone was very kind and friendly. All amenities were perfect."
